Analysing your assessment data

As we move into the second half of the Autumn term, many schools are beginning to focus on analysing attendance. Did you know that Pupil Asset and Horizons can give you live attendance alerts straight to your dashboard? Our resident guru, Henry, has recorded a short video to show you how:

Autumn term benchmark reports

If you subscribe to our Juniper benchmark reports, the Autumn term reports will be sent to you early in the new year. Please ensure all Autumn term assessments are added by December 31st to guarantee the inclusion of your data in that report.

Service update

In the unlikely event that we experience any system-wide issues, you can now access our Pupil Asset Service Update Page and Horizons Service Update Page.

Our aim is to keep you informed about any known issues affecting Pupil Asset and Horizons and our progress toward resolving them. This way, you'll have timely updates on when a solution has been implemented, saving you the hassle of reaching out to support while we're already working on fixing the problem.  

Attendance webinars

Would you like to know more about managing attendance in your MIS? Our upcoming webinar on Wednesday 29th November at 2.30pm will explain how to get the most from the full attendance cycle, from data entry and updates, and reporting and analysis.  The webinar will cover:  

• Teacher registers 
• Registers (administering and updating) 
• Bulk mark changes e.g. school closure 
• Contacting parents and contacts 
• Attendance Analysis inc. best use of filters 
• Individual pupil attendance analysis  

The session will last 90 minutes (approx.) and costs £149 for a single delegate or £116 each for 2 or more delegates.
