Welcome to your November OTrack customer newsletter, which includes helpful advice and updates. We hope your Autumn term is going well and you’re enjoying the run-up to Christmas.

Analysing your assessment data

Some schools have recently recorded Autumn mid-term assessments in OTrack and others will be preparing for your end of Autumn term assessment point. Once  teachers’ assessments has been added to OTrack, it’s easy to scrutinise at class, year group or school level. If you are new to the data reports - or you need a refresher, we have put together a short video that will introduce some of the most important reports in OTrack: the Data Check Summary, Attainment and Progress Summary and the Whole School Summary.

Autumn term benchmark reports

If you subscribe to our Juniper benchmark reports, the Autumn term reports will be sent to you early in the new year. Please ensure all Autumn term assessments are added by December 31st to guarantee the inclusion of your data in that report. 

Service update

In the unlikely event that we experience any system wide issues, you can now access our OTrack Service Update Page.

Our aim is to keep you informed about any known issues affecting OTrack and our progress toward resolving them. This way, you'll have timely updates on when a solution has been implemented, saving you the hassle of reaching out to support while we're already working on fixing the problem.
